To our fans. I said it two years ago and we've proven. I'll say it again. City is destined for greatness, so let's just keep calm. #MCFC

I take it they've stayed over in London for the Reading game?

Yes, read this yesterday on FB.

We've always been destined for greateness. The trouble is, yesterday was too far from it.

How about an apology Vinve, to all the fans, in particular those who travelled to London and back?

Yes, and according to Vincent, it's going to be great.

I do not follow him on Twitter but I did check his time line today to see what he has said and I was a little surprised that there was not an apology to the fans. To get beat by a better side is one thing but to lose because the opposition wanted it more is a dire situation and I think a few apologetic words for the fans is the least the captain could have came out with.

Ah cheers Vinny. I would like to know why the team played so badly though? I think the fans do deserve that explanation or some idea. Mancini said he doesnt know so.. I dont know just figured you might be the next person to ask? Surly you discussed it with the players and Manager?

Anyway... cheers.

You're a good bloke, Mr. Kompany, proud man, true professional, and honorary Manc. Your disappointment was written all over your face when you went up fpr your runners-up medal. But not all your teammates seemed to be that bothered. So on Tuesday and Sunday you can all either finish the season well by playing with style and putting five or six past two bad teams, the way you should have done against Wigan, or those of your teammates who don't give 100% can please bugger off. Sorry about your boss, by the way.

Keep calm? Oh, OK then, thanks Vincent.

Talk is cheap.

How about some kind of explanation as to why a team full of quality players failed to turn up on Saturday?
