Is fixed to make Mancini look worse, those who want him to stay have to vote for an alternative manager anyway and cannot select mancini to stay or even put his name in other and leave the replacements blank.

WTF is that! I've just tried, as you've said, and entered nobody as to 'Who should replace Mancini?' and it says I have to pick one of the candidates. I also tried on the question of 'Who was to blame?' to put 'All of the above' and it's also saying that I have to pick one, not allowing me to pick all 3.
Seems the Mirror/MEN are after running a biased story and will not allow a fair vote. I urge nobody to click on the link, unless you want to see Mancini/the club painted in a bad light. If so, crack on.

He's got an account on BM. He responded last time I sent him a pm.
Edit: I've sent him a pm with a link to this thread.

Stuart just sent me a BM pm in response as follows:
"No time to go on there and debate it, but the poll clearly says "If Mancini is sacked, who should replace him?"
That is not to twist anything, just a straight question, and as he WILL be sacked, don't think it is an unfair question"

Well if he doesn't get sacked that will certainly prove once and for all the MuEN bias is alive and well. Local paper my arse, they should be ashamed of themselves.

If he doesn't get sacked, then all the papers will look stupid and we'll be made to pay.
However, the lack if a statement from City makes it clear that we have no intention of keeping him, so if he does stay, then we've been snubbed by a lot of others.

why does the lack of statement from City look like we dont want to keep him?
It wasnt that long ago we were praising the club for going after the media. Under the new regime and since Kaka City have stayed silent and I can see why.The media no longer report the news they try to predict it. If the club had made a statement then they would have been accused of
a) vote of confidence
b) protest too loudly
they have been saying Mancini is to be sacked right from end of his first season.
wasnt that long ago we were supposed to be getting Moyes as the manager according to one of the red tops
Im sick of media putting two and two together and making 5.
and for the fans remember where we have come from and have some patience

Agreed. You'd think a local paper would actually support its football team thou

Their silence is pretty deafening isn't it? It's the one thing in all the speculation that makes me think the papers are onto something.

Noticed a headline on one of the hoardings outside a newsagents for the 'Manchester Mirror' which said "Taxi for Mancini". How fucking disrespectful from an allegedly local newspaper. Can you imagine them saying that about Moyes when he gets the sack next season?

I would like Stuart Brennan to respond to this disgusting shite. Incredibly disgraceful journalism to spout this crap about their local team and I'm fuming!!!

Brennan is the main reason I never read the MEN, I know a number of City fans that wont read it anymore due to the pathetic standard thesedays, I believe he is contributary to this, I only viewed the poll as some lads at work mentioned it.

Go for option Other and put in that you didn't want him to go - agree it is very biased against Mancini.

I tried to, but it wouldnt select the other option and if you dont select a manager it wont allow you to progress, I picked Martinez although it was just becasue it was the first name I saw.
