Perhaps Millwall are in need of a manager ?

Be funny if he rolled up at Everton.

Now you see tha advantage of the Shell suit over the blue suit. Hughes , blue suit , would have Everton bottom three by xmas, whilst the shell suit (Pulis, Moyes) has 'em punching above their weight until close to the end of the season .

Pulis officially gone.

Quite frankly he has been criticised a lot, but I reckon Stoke will go down next season without him.

But they might go down playing attractive and entertaining football - doing something to make the stoke fans feel a bit of pride rather than weekly heart rending embarrassment.
If we had De Gea and the rags had Hart, we'd be top with a 9 point lead and they'd be in 12th place - that's the difference between a 'good' keeper and a 'top class' keeper - 12 places - think about it.

Ahh that's what you would think wouldn't you? But remember the potter here (around the time of the Final?), he wasn't having any of that. in fact he seemed to be surprisingly proud of Pulis's football.

Spews has really enhanced his reputation with his last two stints at Fulham and QPR.

However, although he has great and undoubted potential, he is still only a young, promising Manager and I don't feel that he's yet ready to take the reins at such a big Club as Stoke.

This is not the right step for him to take in his Managerial march to fame.

Surprisingly bookies have got Rafa as favourite 2/1, followed by Di Matteo 4/1, Poyet 10/1, Hughes is 12/1 and Phil Neville 14/1

The problem with Stoke City fc is that they don't aspire to Leslie's standards and huge potential as the brightest shining star in the managerial galaxy so he's been playing the long game with Madrid. It's the least he deserves. Get them relegation zone by Christmas. Yay

The problem Stoke have now is Pulis has collected a bunch of footballers with no sell on value and cannot play football any other way other than the Pulis way. They are either going to spend big again or find a similar manager. Hughes may fit the bill.

I for one am pleased he is off Stoke are the thugs of the league, but Pulis will be back with a championship side he gets promoted or converting an existing premiership club into the "new Stoke".
Track suit managers seem to be automatic failures these days, however the image suits the club so maybe stoke will get MON.
