Does anyone know WFT is going on next season?

We've only ever had SKY, and do all our Broadband and phone there too, which is excellent value. The TV package I reckon not so. Options are limited in this area.

Apparently the ESPN contract with SKY ends on 31st july, so you have to subscribe through ESPN - new info not available on ESPN site.

For BT you have to subscribe directly, and fight your way through a series of packages and broadband offers. BT phone and broadband is much worse value than SKY.

Can anyone tell me the cheapest way to get football next year?

It's such an (expensive) mess I'm tempted to stick with the streams and fight my way through the pop-ups for a whole season.

I'm with Virgin and I'm sure someone said that BT channels will be part of the package much like ESPN is. Not sure if its true or not. I was paying £114 out a month for everything and I think that is scandalous. Just sacked the movies and sport off saving myself £40. Being a football fan does not come cheap.

The cheapest way is to have a river running through your house.

You can get BT broadband from £10 a month I think, and all if there broadband packages will include BT sports 1+2 plus ESPN. Pretty good value I think, as BT alone will be showing 38 prem games, not including what ESPN will have. If you want to keep sky as well then just switch the broadband part to BT, you can then watch BT sports through your sky box which is handy. Another way to save on sky sports is to use someone else's sky go account. My brother has full sky pack, I have his log in details and can now watch full sky sports through sky go. I have a small pc hooked up to my tv, although you could watch it on a laptop/tablet/phone, etc.

I don't really know all the details but basically BT has bought the right to 38 Premier League games this season, but good ones aswell, not just the second rate games ESPN and Setanta used to show. As well as Fa cup, Uefa cup, and several European league games and lots of other sport, especially rugby.
Bt vision offers 3 channels , BT sport 1, BT sport 2 and ESPN>

You don't need to have a BT tv box, you can watch it through a sky box or online. All you need is to have broadband through BT.

Unfortunately at the moment you can't add BT Sports to your Virgin Media TV package, so you need to switch provider entirely if you want the deal. You will need a new phone line, which means an upfront charge of £30, and your line rental will go up from £14.99 a month to £15.45 (although you can reduce that to £10.75 if you pay for a whole year in advance).

Haha, opinion No 10: no you don't need BT broadband, you can add BT Sport to your channels on SKY but you have to phone up BT & book it seperately with them.

Don't know the cost, haven't done it yet.

It all depends what you already have/want to keep and want change. If you want to keep sky package then just get broadband through BT and phone them up and they will add BT sport channels to your sky box.

As many know, I sacked Sky TV off due to their love in with the Rags. That saved me around £100 per month. I then sacked Sky BB and phone off a couple of months back which saved me another £40 per month. I then went with BT who were offering a half price package for 12 months (18 month contract) which costs us about £20 per month and then £35 per month for the last 6 months. Still cheaper than Sky. They also sent me a Sainsbury's voucher for £100, bit of a bonus there.

Now, I watch all my sport online through dodgy streams or through Sky Go, which I got off our kid. I usually link these to my TV, if the quality is good enough (Sky is), and I've got everything in one place. No need to be worrying about who is showing what.

Get a skybox f5 hook it up to the sky dish and your internet pay a 12mth subscription mine was £60 and get all the sky channels movies,kids,docs and sport including setanta and setanta ireland for a 3pm saturday ko espn alot cheaper than SKY,BT,VIRGIN or any other provider....Cheers

I have virgin no sports or movies but with XL package you get ESPN for free some footy on there as then I use my mums sky log in details through my Xbox for sky go.

you guys pay scandalous amounts.

I have talktalk broaband (cheapest going)

TV - I use a mates skygo/stream movies.

Sack your sky off and get a season ticket ;)

Tell me more about this. I have a sky dish outside doing nothing. How do I get what you have?
