who will come first

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

who will come first

Postby Nigels Tackle » Mon Jun 03, 2013 8:15 am

everyone knows that you're not allowed to engage in 3rd party discussions when you're under contract so, if media reports are to be believed, manuel/city and jose/chelsea have a lot of work to do to get deals signed...

who will be announced first though and when?

to be honest, i am really worried that at a quarter past 9 today we've not had a statement from the club re the latest on snr pellegrini

both will be announced towards the end of this week IMO. I am more interested in the Martinez appointment as no.2 in todays bolllox thread. I think that could be a smart appointment if it happens. Not sure Martinez would want second fiddle at this stage in his carer though.

I think you can engage in any discussions you like with the consent of your employer. Malaga seem very co-operative and Madrid cant wait to get Mourinho out the door!

I think it'll be the chicken ................... or is it the egg?

Whoever it is I don't mind, just want to see somebody in the seat and getting us set for next season.

Be prepared for a surprise. I've heard that Tony Pulis was seen at the weekend in the City Chippy. However, he was serving behind the counter....

The man would find the positive in being appointed junior bog cleaner, with a broken bog brush, after Michael Johnson has had a night on the town and ended it with a dodgy curry.

On the Chelsea football forum there more happy that mourinho is the manager so they can win the league, personally I don't believe it's as clear cut as that I believe it will be a 3 horse race but I think we will win it next season, but there hyped up like they have already won the league, don't get me wrong a good manager but...

mourinho is going to make a big difference at chelsea ... they will also be buying this summer so their team will improve. It's definitely going to make things even tougher next season.

just to be clear, I don't think Benitez is a a bad manager, but mourinho is on another level and it'll be a big jump in performance for them, who were already good.

Rule number 1 in life and football is 'never go back'. But my Chelsea acquaintances cant seem to see that.

Mate due to my location I am surrounded by Chelski supporters (ignoring all the plastic rags that make up the rest of the populous here) and they are all really pleased, I will watch with great intrigue over the coming season/s to see how their opinions change from now. It's like the second coming of the messiah, it really is!!!!
