Looks from that photo that it’s being built on the car parks. That’ll be great to do away with them and get something proper sorted. The ‘one way in one way out’ has caused havoc for years.

Ah - a missing jigsaw piece. I was wondering when we would have an Official Management Consulting Services Partner in Japan:

Meanwhile from Korea our now old friend Nexen is stirring:

https://www.globenewswire.com/news-rele ... eason.html

The cooperation with Manchester City, which begun in 2015, will be continued in the 2021/22 season.
Increased engagement with fans and customers through a variety of online activities
Shared growth achieved through strategic alliances during a worldwide epidemic
SEOUL, South Korea, Aug. 12, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NEXEN TIRE, a leading global tire manufacturer, is proud to continue its successful partnership with Manchester City Football Club for the new 2021/22 season of the Premier League.

Since 2015, NEXEN TIRE has been an official partner of the world-class football club Manchester City. Despite challenges brought about by the global pandemic, the two partners are now preparing to kick off their seventh consecutive season together.

As a result of the COVID-19 crisis, NEXEN TIRE has increased its engagement with global followers through online events and content distribution like the Purple Live, Digital fan engagement campaign, virtual fitness challenge Nexen Road to Man City, and Road Trip Challenge, the latter where Man City players were challenged to pronounce the names of road trip locations around the world and in Korea. With Manchester City entering the new 2021/22 season, the Company will continue to raise its interaction with fans using a variety of methods.

While NEXEN TIRE was able to raise global awareness through expanding its global market share, the Man City partnership also enabled the Company to offer OE tires to a variety of automakers across the world.

A long-term, trust-based connection with Manchester City has been a significant springboard for both firms,” said Travis Kang, Global CEO of Nexen Tire. “Manchester City will undoubtedly perform well in the Premier League this season.”

During the 2020/21 season, NEXEN TIRE and its business partners utilized its partnership with Man City to promote strategic sales like co-marketing events for consumers in Asia, the Middle East, Latin American and Africa. Going forward, the Company looks to expand further in preparation for post-Covid operations during the 2021/22 season.

City to overtake RAGS in Commercial deals:

https://www.footballinsider247.com/man- ... l-maguire/

Kieran Maguire: Man City 'poised' to 'overtake' Man United after two new deals confirmed after £232m reveal
Man City are “poised” to rocket past cross-city rivals Man United in terms of commercial income.

So says finance guru Kieran Maguire, speaking exclusively to Football Insider about the Manchester clubs’ battle for commercial supremacy.

City announced two new sponsorship deals last week, both with companies operating out of Sheikh Mansour’s home country, the United Arab Emirates.

A deal with hotel brand Emirates Palace was revealed last Tuesday (4 January), while renewable energy firm Masdar signed up two days later.

United meanwhile are adjusting to life under new CEO Richard Arnold, who recently replaced Ed Woodward as the top executive at Old Trafford.

Woodward delivered commercial profits of £232million for the year ending June 2021, while City are yet to release their figures for the same period.

But Maguire predicts that the Premier League champions will hope to overtake the Red Devils when their results are in.

“City had the second-highest commercial income in the Premier League 2020,” he told Football Insider‘s Adam Williams.

“They’ll hope they are poised to overtake Man United in terms of commercial income.

“United’s commercial income fell by £47m in 2021. So City are higher than Man United’s most recent figure, although I suspect City’s will fall as well.

“That is what we are seeing across the board at the moment, largely as a result of the pandemic which has had a broad effect.”

City are 10 points clear at the top of the Premier League.

United meanwhile are in 7th place, 22 points behind Pep Guardiola’s side.

Will be interesting to see the value of these........

Emirates Palace isn't a brand, it's a struggling, albeit beautiful 400 room hotel operated by Mandarin Oriental so hard to believe this would be anything substantial unless it was a more global partnership with MO.

Masdar's commercial arm is tiny so again it would raise eyebrows if this was for large amounts

The latest Deloittes is due any day. Though City haven't published yet (?) Deloittes tend to get the figures ahead of time, so we should have something more to read shortly. I imagine City's will come out first (just)

Certainly seems odd that a company would commit 10% of it's entire annual revenue on a single sponsorship deal. I expect they felt it a good gamble in early 2021 when they were worth $11bn, until they lost 75% of their market cap in the months since the sponsorship deal was announced. Crying shame

Masdar's commercial arm is tiny so again it would raise eyebrows if this was for large amounts

what about “teamviewer”

Certainly seems odd that a company would commit 10% of it's entire annual revenue on a single sponsorship deal. I expect they felt it a good gamble in early 2021 when they were worth $11bn, until they lost 75% of their market cap in the months since the sponsorship deal was announced. Crying shame

I expect team viewer to fold eventually . Microsoft teams , along with improved netwerks also make webex more viable choices .
