I reckon it's about the stadium announcement, hence the 'big'. There was the artist's impression and around the time of Mancinigate and they said that consultations were to begin with local residents. This could be the formal plans and announcement.
As it's big, I'm expecting a stadium holding 3.2 million. Anything less will be a disappointment.
