It's been a couple of years since we had so many good players. The starting 11 took care of itself. if we don't end up selling it will be tough to work out who's gonna start each week.
-------------------------HART----------------------------
ZABALETA----KOMPANY------NASTASIC--------CLICHY
-----------YAYA TOURE-------FERNANDINHO-----------
---NAVAS--------------SILVA-----------JOVETIC---------
------------------------AGUERO---------------------------
---------------------PANTILIMON-------------------------
RICHARDS------GARCIA------LESCOTT------KOLAROV
-------------RODWELL---------BARRY------------------
MILNER-----------------------------------NASRI---------
-------------NEGREDO--------DZEKO-------------------
In a World Cup year I can't see all our players staying at the club but at the moment that's an impressive 22 man squad.

Disagree. They'll all stay and they'll all get games. Gonna be lots of rotation. There is no way that first team would start against United for example. I'd expect Barry and Milner to find spaces perhaps. It's a great 22 though.

How the hell this squad doesn't win the league at a canter, Navas Christ we have an awesome team.

I really do think that Pelli will get us playing attractive, attacking football but will be more disciplined. I don't think he will play attacking formations all the time, I think we might see a 4-5-1 on big away days, with the attacking midfielders supporting the striker when in possesion.

The best squad we have ever had! Incredible balance and depth.

We have fantastic midfield and attacking options but will the key factor in whether we win the league again be about how well we defend?
Barry,Garcia,Yaya,Milner,Fernandinho,Navas,Silva,Nasri,Yaya,Rodwell plus 4 strikers Jovetic,Dzeko,Negrado and Aguero. WOW.Will the likes of Suarez,Razak,Lopes,Pozo not to mention Guidetti really get a ,lookin?
The formation(s) we play will be very interesting as will the rotations.
Can't wait.

i think Chelsea is just as talented *if* they sign Wooney.
If we're smart we are fucking with the rags/shrek in the background and turning his head with big offers, confusing shit, etc etc etc with NO, ZERO, ZILCH intention of really completing a transaction.

Will be interesting to see if Garcia stays if we sign another centre back. In the games so far I think he has shown he is too slow for centre back! Doug was there any sign of zonal marking at corners during training or is it too early to tell?

Hart (fly keeper)
Zaba - vinny - clichy
Yaya
Milner - nasri - silva - jovetic
Aguero - negredo.
When we are winning we can take vinny off and throw dzeko on aswell.
