Apparently he has come out and said the following:
"What are they smoking over their at the Emirates"
He will be criticised but it made me piss myself on my drive to work!

No worse than what he was smoking during the Carroll/Downing/Adam/Allen/Henderson negotiations.

Maybe the quality of their players isn't the same as our, or any in the top 5 for that matter. But I have been really impressed with Liverpool's transfer business this summer, they seem to be going after targets and getting them. Maybe the filth should take a leaf and get Leon Osman instead of Cesc.

Their transfer business may turn out to be a pile of shite as they are mostly 'young prospect gambles'. Bit like Big Mal's second spell, but cheaper!
Time will tell.

I thought it was a funny comment. But it's not like it was a throw away comment to a question, he actually tweeted it, shows a lack of class IMO as someone at his level should not act like that in a public domain. That's on mike Ashley's level of class.

I think it is fantastic, I like to believe (maybe naively) that apart from the business aspect to football that owners have a bit of passion and desire as a fan of the club they control. This is a comment i'd expect from one of my my mates who are both ST holders and lifelong fans of their respected clubs. I like it.

And on the same note I would love to see the Sheikh and Khaldoon pissed up in City Square doing a poznan and singing "Who's that dying on the runway..."

That quote wasn't motivated by his passion for the club, but his passion for the money.

"Liverpool owner John W Henry has asked what "they're smoking" at Arsenal after rejecting the Gunners' improved offer of just over £40m for Luis Suarez.
The unusual bid of £40,000,001 was designed to trigger a clause in the 26-year-old Uruguay striker's contract.
Under the terms of Suarez's deal, Liverpool must inform him of the bid but do not have to accept it."
Henry is out of his depth. He just doesnt get it. He voted for FFP. Fool.
The days of Liverpool buying up all the talent are long gone. Now they dont have the financial muscle to be other than a feeder club. Rags could well follow.
Yes please :-)

271,000 followers for a fake account which has only made 335 tweets? And most news outlets have fallen for it, if that's the case
