Received mine, but the daughter's has not arrived yet. She's a first year holder, so maybe that's it.

They always come separate.

Kids usually get a bigger pack with a few extra things in there. I assume that's the reason they always come separate.

Two of our gold ones arrived today. Daughter's hasn't, but we didn't have a bit if a shenanigans with that one and son's hasn't, but his is a first year one.

Main thing is, I can go, so I'm happy.

Our two arrived in their little white pouches yesterday. I think they include bottle openers but I'm not sure.

Arrived and appears to be the same. It's an 18-19 Seasoncard, so probably no extras.

Glad I'm not the only one waiting for their lads to come....leaving it a bit late aren't they? Why send them out only a couple of week before the start of the season?

My parking pass had a note in it saying that the last ones would be sent today and if you hadn't received on Monday to ring customer services.
