I think with that starting 18 we should smash their best 11

No Jack Rodwell, even on the bench.

If he's fit; considering the way he finished last season, you would have to say he's a bit unlucky not to figure at all.

Why are we even thinking that this is kosher? It's on mcfc headed paper? So what? We could all produce that with a coloured printer and about 15 seconds

It could be that the oaf is there as cb cover though perhaps ? Even so, Vinny would then take that place though, so still no Jack.

I hope he gets a decent opportunity during the season & that the Count hasn't decided he is surplus. He showed flashes of real quality & athleticism at the end of last season. Perhaps the Count is just training him into his way of playing & will start to use him soon.

I like Rodders and like you said, we all saw the great potential he has with the good performances he displayed last season.

I think players like Jack, Milner, Micah, etc are going to have to wait for their opportunity and then smash it. Three English lads that deserve the opportunity to mix it amongst the best.
