I had to go against the grain & vote for our absolute best defender: Negredo.

Won more key headers in our box than those two put together.

Seeing as we were under the cosh for much of thegame then I had to go for a defensive player. Aleks seemed the perfect choice.

He has excelled as both midfielder and centre back. We should also consider starting him as a winger soon, then striker and keeper.

I put my vote in for Joe because he was back to being 'the Joe we like to know' for a change. Played with confidence and never looked likely to concede to me. Nice one.

He was rubbish. He should have known packing a kit and two left boots for Garcia was a mistake.

Hart for me. He is starting to looks semi decent keeper again. However I did like negredo to. He almost took two of their players off the pitch whilst looking very innocent :-)
