I'm starting this a little early as I'm wondering what your thoughts are on the other weekends games, especially the 'Biggest game in the title race so far', as Sky have played it. What outcome would you like to see, the Rags getting beaten and realisticall out of the the fight for the title or an Arsenal loss, meaning they cannot get any further away from us?
Also, can Brom do what they did at Swamp and can the Toon show a bit of form and do the Spuds over?
Saturday
Aston Villa v Cardiff 15:00
Chelsea v West Brom 15:00
Crystal Palace v Everton 15:00
Liverpool v Fulham 15:00
Southampton v Hull 15:00
Norwich v West Ham 17:30
Sunday
Tottenham v Newcastle 12:00
Man Utd v Arsenal 16:10
Swansea v Stoke 16:10
PS. The International break follows this game and will give team's the chance to take stock.

I really would like to see the Rags hammered to put them more out of the race and with current Arsenal form, I don't see that as unrealistic.
However and ideally for us a draw would be the right result with both teams dropping 2 points.
I don't see WBA getting anything at the Bridge but Newcastle can always get a draw if they defend well. The Spuds can hardly score unless they get another lucky penalty. The red scouse have an easy home game, so we'll have to wait another couple week at least for them to drop points when they play blue scouse.
Most important thing for this weekend is that we don't fuck up at Sunderland. 3 points is a must !

Any game in which the rags get beat is a good one. A chance to rub the noses of the rag fans in it. Normally. Much as i'd love Arsenal to spank them i honestly don't see Utd as a threat to the title. Arse could be dark horses and the longer they keep winning the longer the gap doesn't close. I cannot & will not want a rag win so that leaves the draw. Dropped points from both. Ideally with a 23 man brawl like 1991 when both teams were given points deductions. Also ideally with injuries to Shrek & RVP and Giroud & Ozil

Would like to see rags beaten. Just like to see the rags out of it sooner rather than later. Just leave arseholenal and chelski in our sights and we could overhaul either or both. Rags win and they get huge confidence boost, not what we want.

I never want the rags to win. So from our point of view a draw would be best, because if we win we would extend our lead over the rags to 4 points a reduce Arsenals lead over us to 4 points. So a draw and van rapist and granny shagger to get injured and that would do nicely.

What's better, seeing the Rags scraping for even forth or us chasing the Arse down?
1 Arsenal 10 13 25
2 Chelsea 10 8 20
3 Liverpool 10 7 20
4 Tottenham 10 4 20
5 Man City 10 17 19
6 Southampton 10 7 19
7 Everton 10 4 19
8 Man Utd 10 4 17
9 Newcastle 10 -2 14
10 Hull 10 -2 14
Think about it, Rags level (or behind) with Hull while the rest fight it out? Six points isn't that bad when you consider we have to play the top team ( Arse twice) and still got the Chavs at home. Who've the Arse played so far?

Strangely, the Rags shares have dropped significantly which says that they are no longer being held up. Also, their finances are due out soon which says a lot to me.
They are supposed to be loaded but have the Glazer's too it too far?
Even a shadow makes a difference, ask their supporters ;-)

Then again, after our annual spanking at the stadium of light the gap to the top can be 9 points. Who'd be happy with that?
Anyway, a draw for me. I'm also expecting other top teams to take all three points. Newcastle are my biggest hope for a surprise draw as i think they have enough quality to hurt spurs but they Need to be solid at the back to come up with anything

Chelsea, Dippers,Everton and Saints all bankers. If the Arse win its as you were going into int break. Have patience as we will come into our own and reel in and overtake the Arse & Chelski soon. Once we hit the top slot the others will then be scrapping for second

I think most important of all is OUR game and that we don't drop anymore silly points away ... when we have 3 points in the bag and are at 22, then we are in the mix at the top ... Arse can only be as much as 6 ahead of us and the rest within one game margin ... As people have pointed Spurs could draw here and we may already get ahead of them ... I'd be delighted if either of Liverpool or Chelsea also did the same ... As then for the 'game of the season so far' (has Sky already forgotten the derby?), I think a draw would suit me fine ... no way want rags to win and climb up the table, but also don't want arse to get too far ahead, so a draw suits us fine ... as long as it is 1-1 I'll be happy ;)
PS. That 1-1 is 1 red card each pls ... so that nicely screws them over for their next three games each. Preferably a fist fight between RVP (and it's possible him being ex-Arse) with someone like maybe Ramsey or Giroud on the other end (Don't think Ozil would get dragged into it) ...

I want Gunners to win. This and the revelation that Gollum declined to sign Ozil will add doom and dejection around the swamp and pour kerosene on the fires of discontent. The more unhappy they are the better. Hopefully a spiteful game with Persie injured and Rooney sent off . . . preferably in the seventh minute of injury time. Arsenal we can reign in later - they won't keep this form up forever and will start to hit the wall before Xmas.

I think Utd will win because Arsenal always get beat there, but I'm rooting for Arsenal all the way. I hope they win 100-0.
That said a draw would be a pretty decent result too.
Most games are kinda boring this weekend, as everyone else has said, only our game matters really.

Arse seem to be riding their luck at the moment. I don't know how they managed to beat Dortmund the other night. Scored with their first attempt at goal and it knocked the stuffing out of them.
They're not creating much but defending well, so may be a cagey game. Nothing to suggest it will be a"game of the season" as Sky are billing it.
I wouldn't mind the Rags losing but Im going for 0 0. Two boring teams!

I see Mata still doesn't get a look in at Chelsea and Maureen's also dropped Cole for Azpilicueta.
Currently Southampton are up to 2nd!
Oh, and Fulham are gash.

Happy for Southampton. Play football the right way and difficult to dislike them. They'll most likely fade towards the season's end but have a great chance to make europa league/ top 6-8 which would be an outstanding achievement for a team who were in league 1 four seasons ago.

I feel the same way. Didn't like it one bit when they sacked Nigel Atkins but I take it the owners knew what they were doing after all as Pochettino has taken them to a whole new level.
I hope they keep their run going until we play them

I like to give credit to the better side instead of just bashing the losing side but Fulham defence is shambles. Not just today but in other games too.
I also think Liverpool look quite good. They got some good movement in their attack and they mix their playmaking quite nicely. They look far more creative than Chelsea (though obviously WBA are far more disciplined side so more difficult to break them down)
Horrible defensive error by Ridgewell, why didn't he just put the ball the row Z?!

What The Fuck was Ridgewell doing then ?
Stephen Jordan returns. One of the worst pieces of defending I've ever seen.
