Transfer of Neymar attracting attention

Barcelona will hand over information about the signing of Neymar if the Judge of the National Courts, Pablo Ruz were to ask for the details of said operation, according to club spokesman Tony Freixa
The finance division of the National Court asked Ruz on Monday to demand from the Catalan club the financial arrangements of the ex-Santos player before deciding whether to hear the complaint made against the club President Sandro Rosell by a club 'socio' Jordi Cases for 'appropriation not due' in the signing of the Brazilian.
After the regular meeting of the directors on Monday in Barcelona, Freixa indicated that the club is 'very calm' with a 'transparent and legal' transfer operation to sign a player 'who many teams wanted.'
Nevertheless, Freixa has assured that Barcelona will collaborate with the courts. "We are disposed to give all the details which any court proceedings ask of us".
"This transfer was quoted at 57 million euros. The payments correspond to 17.5 millions to Santos and 40 to a society", he added regarding the figures in the signing of the Brazilian.
Besides the figures of the transfer, the 'fiscal' Jose Perals has asked for the 'Economic Memory' of the Board from the years 2011, 2012 and 2013.
Perals considers necessary these documents dated previously to resolve the issue about the acceptance of the complaint because it's necessary to see if the allegations of the complainant are indeed verified, and that such information has not been provided by the President neither to the board, nor the 'socios' by any mode of communication
The judge indicated that, according to the complainant, the deals with which Barcelona signed Neymar "were carried out in Brazil, one in the year 2011 and the other on 27th May 2013."

La Fiscalía de la Audiencia Nacional pidió a Ruz este lunes que requiera al club catalán los contratos del ex jugador del Santos antes de decidir si cabe admitir a trámite la querella interpuesta contra el presidente del Barcelona, Sandro Rosell, por el socio del club Jordi Cases por apropiación indebida en el fichaje del brasileño.
Tras la reunión ordinaria de la junta directiva celebrada este lunes en Barcelona, Freixa señaló que en el club están "muy tranquilos" con una operación "transparente y legal" para fichar "a un jugador que muchos equipos deseaban".
Sin embargo, Freixa ha resaltado que el Barcelona colaborará con la justicia: "Estamos dispuestos a dar los detalles que cualquier instancia judicial nos pida".
"Este traspaso está cifrado por 57 millones de euros. Los pagos corresponden a 17,5 millones al Santos y 40 a una sociedad", ha agregado sobre las cifras del fichaje del brasileño.
Además de las cifras del traspaso, el fiscal José Perals reclama también la Memoria Económica de la junta directiva del Barcelona de los años 2011, 2012 y 2013.
Perals considera necesarios esos documentos "con carácter previo a resolver sobre la admisión a trámite de la querella", ya que "es preciso averiguar si los extremos alegados por el querellante son ciertos y no se ha facilitado tal información por el presidente del Barcelona, bien a la junta directiva, bien a los socios a través de la Asamblea General o mediante otro modo de comunicación".
