Manchester City have been goalkeepers nightmare in the Premier League this fall. After almost halfway through the season is made on track to beat Chelsea goal record in 2010.
Thursday was City´s first proper match at home in a long time when Liverpool "only" lost 1-2 to Manchester.
Most people who have met the City away from home has been a real lesson, and after nine home games have made already scored slowly incredible 37 goals.
It's all 4.1 average. About team to score 32 times in the season's ten remaining home games they turn Chelsea goal record on their own turf.
In 2010 Chelsea scored 68 times at Stamford Bridge.
In addition, set the Premier League record that year with 103 goals, and City have 51 goals in his last 20 matches for removing both Chelsea scores from roughly three years ago.
Can we do it? Yeah. Come on CITY!

I remember getting a bit of stick for asking about records a few weeks back.
This is what I wanna read. Hit it great, miss it no biggie, but it's fun to check.

We have 53 league goals from 18 league matches, which is 10 goals more than Chelsea had at the same point of their 103 goal season.

We had scored 53 in the 2011/12 season after 18 games as well.

We will have to play all the top teams bar Chelsea away, which could be a good thing re goalscoring as they will mostly come out to try & beat us, thus leaving us gaps to score (but if we defend like shit, not good for our title chances).
Likewise, we have a lot of the lower teams at home, so good for potential goal feasts.

Good reminder Ted that we've still got to play Chelsea Arsenal Liverpool and Everton away plus some ok mid table sides like Newcastle Spurs and the Scum battling for Europa League places ( LOL) away as well.

It will be hard to get 100 but i reckon we can do it with a bit of luck. Would sooner get 10 in one game than 100 though to be honest

Just that 10 has never been done in Prem and probably not in top flight for 50 odd years. Dont get me wrong. I love Pellers attacking attitude and style and would love to see 100 but in a choice between say, 90 & 10 in one game or 100 i would rather see the former.

Why would I be 11? Is creating a bit of history not something worthwhile?

I'm with ya. 10 in a game would have me mental.

Its simply uninteresting to me in comparison to actual real results that matter.
