A full fixture schedule for the PL today with the standout fixture probably being the late kick off where the 2 teams are fighting for that Europa League spot. Can't see any upsets for Arsenal, Everton or Liverpool but it could be a difficult game for Chelsea away at the Saints.

Steve Bruce may get a raised performance level from Hull, like he did v City, due to his equal dislike of Liverpool.

Also about time Suarez got injured imo.

A lot of interest at the bottom too today, three relegation ties.

United will play shit and win again. I don't know what deal with the devil they did but I hate them for it.

Fingers crossed Southampton can take points from Chelsea. Our game is really the only one that matters for us today though.

I don't know mate, those games are specifically reserved for us. Any team that has one of Taggart's sychophants in it seem to pick it up when it comes to playing us. Pulis, Bruce, BFS, Mackay et al must get a wee phone call just before the game just to remind them what is expected.

I have to say Beefy , i watched Hull against the filth and they were damn unlucky not to get at least a draw. So with them putting six past fulham i expect them at least to turn up at Scouse 2 today for a draw.

You'd think so but I just don't see them picking anything up, although I'd love them to ;-)

I fucking knew it! Not being one for 'I told you so' but I just knew the snivelling cunt would bring an ex-Rag in.

If there is one team I want to see go down then Cardiff is the one. Shit owner who's using the Rags to build his empire. Fuck him.

Our game was the important one today so can relax for all the others. I think today is going to be a bit of a rubbish day though, I think all of Arsenal/Liverpool/filth/Chelsea will win their games.

Don't care much about the Liverpool game but if any of those other 3 teams could drop points I'd be very happy indeed :)

(Not because I worry United could catch us, they won't, I just hate them winning)

Dean Saunders just remarking on the fact that Vincent Tan today has his jumper tucked into his trousers.

Now I see Tan's plan - red shirts, rag manager: extra shirt sales from all the tourists who confuse them with rags, and extra decisions from refs for same reason. Maybe he is smarter than he looks ....

Chelsea doing same as us; running past Southampton's hopeless cbs & missing.

Typical innit!

They played well against us but look like they might roll over today. Lets hope not.

I wonder what Brenda will have to say?

DISALLOWED GOAL - Liverpool 0-0 Hull

"It was a great piece of work by the assistant referee, who adjudged Luis Suarez offside. It's an identical situation to what happened in the Swansea game, when Bony scored an offside goal. That goal, of course, was given."

Are the Rags really genuine title contenders after beating the piss-poor of the PL? Next there'll be telling us that they've made up points on the top team this weekend, or have they already done that?

1600: MOTD's Guy Mowbray at Old Trafford

Man Utd v Tottenham (1730 GMT)

"In the immediate aftermath of their 2-2 draw at White Hart Lane, Manchester United lost successive home league games in the most difficult days yet under David Moyes's management. But six wins in a row since then have lifted the gloom to the extent that many see them as genuine title challengers again.

"As the momentum builds, there seems to be a change in Moyes. On Boxing Day at Hull he was the most animated he's been yet as United boss.

"Tim Sherwood couldn't have believed that he'd start 2014 as a Premier League manager (head coach, officially), but he's begun pretty well. So well that Spurs have the chance to go four league games unbeaten for the first time this season."

The longer Arsenal and Chelsea can stay 0-0 the better, if there isn't long to go then hopefully both won't be able to nick the win. If either team drops points then its been a very good day for us I think.
