So if I understand this right Utd fans are bitching that some students are getting cheaper tickets, and how unfair that is on those who already bought season tickets....?

You would have to be a cunt of the highest order to feel 'cheated' by something like that. It doesn't even make sense.

These are united fans and by definition "cunts of the highest order" so calm down. As with the rhino landlord i used to know - thick skinned short sighted and charged too much

Theyre complaining because the rags are offering discounted tickets to students for seats that would otherwise be empty!

Its all sinking!

When I was at Manchester University, City used to do the same thing. How times have changed ;)

Is this a new thing for the Rags?

Have they always offered Student discounts?

If not , i can understand why full price customers might be cheesed off.

I'm not sure I understand the issue.

Is it that season ticket holders want to be offered an additional ticket? Why the fuck should they, they obviously weren't interested at full price, so why not offer them at a reduction to students, who damned well should get a concessionary rate

What the fuck is this story evening doing in public, it's a non story

If I was a scum fan I'd feel more cheated and the wages some of their shite players are earning rather than some students getting cheap tickets.

This isn't actually anything new because the rags have been filling whole sections by selling heavily discounted tickets to travel companies, to bus foreign visitors in, for many years now. It has long been the case that some sections have been uniquely pakistani or chinese etc. and that's because a visit to the swamp is on their uk tour itinerary's.
You can see it clearly on tv - thousands of them in half & half scarves listening to 'crowd singing' piped through speakers - 'take me home united road' ha ha ha - it's a sham.
Added thought is that tickets for the rag parts of the swamp are available for all games even the derbies - so don't be fooled by that old ' we watch it from home because we can't get tickets' bollox that the rag fans often come out with because it's not true it's just the excuse they use the mask the fact that being a rag fan has been a cheap association with success to them but they can't actually be arsed going to the games - and this will become more exaggerated as their successes get smaller in the rear view mirror.
