It's a bit of a confusing read, but the upshot is Barca are accused of dodgy dealings when they bought Neymar and if guilty face bans from the Chumps League and 22pts deduction. Wonder if there's any truth in it?

Sorry mate, pictures of Titanic floating about! Hot news is they have decided to spend half a billion euros to keep the same stadium and increase capacity by about 7,000. Something cant be right there but I bet some builders will make a lot of money!
