Chavs post match thoughts

OK, so here are a selection of comments from the away fans after last night, as requested. For the record, everything you see here is taken from their forum, including the picture.
I am posting this without comment, but read at your own risk !
Manchester City are a big club. Always have been, and pretty much on a par with us historically id say. Same level sort of level as Leeds, Everton, Spurs and Villa perhaps. Big clubs, but traditionally not at the top level like Liverpool and Man Utd.
Obviously we have made massive strides this past decade which have led us to current levels ways above those other clubs but City are simply doing the same thing now.
Totally agree about a section of their support being deluded halfwits though.
They aren't a small club and to be fair, they have a massive support and that applied even when they were relegated to the old third division. Their fans will always be more passionate than their neighbours and any true City fan won't give a toss about their International fan base, just as I couldn't give a toss about ours.
Noticed that there has been no mention of Toure's dive on the edge of the box, if that was Ramires then the FA, pundits alike would be sharpening their pitchforks.
City fans aren't as arrogant as United fans but they are actually just less intelligent. Reading through the post match thread on their site, you could really see clear evidence of this. These people actually believe they are a big club and a class above us. I'm sorry City, having a bit of cash and buying good players doesn't put you any where near the class of the original big 4-5 out there. You have to back that up with multiple league titles and success in Europe I'm afraid. Shrewsbury Town could get bought by Sheik Ali-baba tomorrow and buy Messi, Ronaldo, and Falcao. Does this make them in the same class or pedigree as Chelsea,Scum United, Spurs, Liverpool, Arsenal?
You are a small club with small support and an even smaller international fan base. You are not even the biggest club in your city. Jog on now the team that has 1 league title in recent years and has been some what relevant for a fortnight.
Jose Mourinho > City
All I've been reading and hearing since Wednesday is "park the bus".
Jose rammed the bus down their f**king throats and the mancs and pundits choked on it.
I hope all those northern mugs confidently proclaiming they were going to beat us by 4 or more goals in the build up to this one feel like the pricks that they are this morning.
f**k the lot of them.
"Park the bus against City? Chelsea ran them over with it instead.”
I have to admit jose is a genius. the way he totally exposed city lack of defensive cover in midfield was of true great manager.
as for citeh and they're fans...what a cocky bunch...clearly got carried away by talk of them being best team on the planet by past it pundit alan Hansen and the mighty coach that is tim Sherwood...one championship (on goal difference) and an fa cup in six years of massive spending does not merit such delusions of grandeur...they may still win the league this season, but it amazes me how quickly they have followed utd into becoming a bunch of tossers...as atmosphere showed last night, they're not the noisy neighbours anymore, far from it...
after the many years of mediocrity they have provided the nation over the years, the gall to sing about the quality of mourinho's style of play...it was very satisfying for Chelsea to answer them by playing them off the park
That was absolutely beautiful, I said before the game that I think Jose is going to set up more attacking than a lot of people think, and on another day we would have won that by 4 goals and not the flattering for City 1 goal margin.
Flawless tactics, superb performances by nearly every Chels player on the field, just an overall great night for the club.
For me, pressure in the midfield was the best part. City aren't used to that extra 10% of pushing every time they had the ball. And a lot of that is due to Jose.
a lot of teams will start doing to city what you did to them now. they been bit worked out in terms of their one track style of play
still buzzing up here in Manchester several chants and beers later...these cocky pricks who have been challenging at the top of five minutes, singing songs about jose's football being sh*te...well they were soon silenced as we played them off the pitch...should have lost by four...not saying we will win the league, but most excited I have been since jt last lifted trophy in 2010
i think city have best attack, we have the best midfield and you the best defence. i think arsenal and chelsea have best two managers in the league though by milles. if they were both in charge of city, city be 10 to 15 points clear.
Big shout to the away support tonight, different class throughout the match.
Bluehatter. Bang on no one to fear its only the press that try and make city and arsenal the gods of the game cause they smash 4 and 5 against sh*t teams. Its when they come up against proper teams like us they come unstuck.
