First of all, two things….I have been to the pub, so apologies for another gratuitous picture of Eden Hazzard’s ass. Secondly, someone has deleted the match chat thread on their board. Luckily I saved some comments this morning. Oh, and btw, I want to win the league and progress in the Champions League, more than the FA Cup …thats all I am saying.
COME ON CITY !!

Team Selection

---------------Cech
Ivan---Terry---Cahill---Azpil
--Ramires--Matic---Luiz
---Willian------------Hazard
------------Schurrle

My favourite

Next season is our season

And the rest…

Awkward one this for Jose. Its pretty evident some of our players are desperate for a break but resting too many could see us get battered which could lower morale etc. Be interesting to see the team he picks. Fully expect to see Salah start along with Lampard and possibly Torres.

Neither of us are going to want a replay.
Not expecting a replay of the league game. More goals in this one I reckon.
City have Barca in midweek while we get the week off so there's that.  We'll need Hazard but I'd start Salah on the other wing.  Players should be up for it since it's Man City, if we knock them out we'll be favourites for the cup.
You know thinking more about it, I would not be surprised if, privately, Jose would not be too disappointed if we went out on Saturday. Less games for the players, more rest time and prep time for the League and CL. He may well play a rotated side.

Not what I want us to do, I do love the FA cup and have enjoyed seeing our many wins in it in recent years. But if Jose believes half of what he is telling the press, then he does not believe our squad has the ability to conquer on all fronts. His priority is likely the league.

Beat City and we will win the FA Cup, simple as that. Will we though? Doubt it, this'll be f**king hard.
Depends how City view the importance of this game over the CL game against Barca in terms of team selection.  I think both will field different players than a couple of weeks ago, City just might edge it but I won't be crying over it…there are better things yet to come.
Its going to be a really tough game. City will be out for revenge and very much up for it. Sad to say that I can see us losing this one.

If City do knock us out, I would back them to do the treble. They're not going too be far off. If we're not in the cup, then they should win it. Should also win the league cup snd and the league given their squad. I think its down to Pellegreni to get them through. Lets see what he's made of and if he can do it in the big games.

if Cahill is out i'd rather see JT and Brana in the centre of the defence with Dave at right back and Ashley back in at left back.  I'd play Luiz and Matic in front of them like last time and then go with Willian, Oscar and Hazard with Etoo up front.

I believe we will play the same system as 2 weeks back, but a couple of personalities change. Whatever happens, no replay please.

2-1 to the Chels!
City had a nice rest today with their match against Sunderland postponed. Big advantage for them I believe

City to win 3-1 or 2-1 ... They have had a mid-week break ... Plus, I just feel it's their turn this time?

They were all prepared for a game last night that would have been a much needed confidence boost after a bit of a purple patch for them and should they have got the result they wanted (highly likely) and handed out a bit of a spanking in the process it would have seen them leap frog us to go top of the league and set them up very nicely for their bout with us.

They play Barca in the midweek next week while we have a full week off so they that to consider.

The fixture pile up for them may also come become a disadvantage later on in the season and they will know this.

Don't think I can see City not scoring in 3 consecutive games also chances of beating them 3 times in one season seem remote. I think we'll make some personnel changes and give it as good a go as we can

I think City will be tempted to rest a few of their more important players for this with the game against Barcalona on Tuesday night, especially with all the recent injuries they have got. Fancy our chances this game.

I usually treat my body like a temple. Last night I treated mine like a whorehouse above a liquor store next to a motherfucking Taco Bell.
