Does anybody know (assuming Doug might), what time training normally takes place?

I want to take my little'un and let her meet some of the players. Will probably be going on a Wednesday or Thursday, but not sure if that makes a difference.

The week I will probably take her we have a game on the Saturday at home, but nothing (yet) for the week leading up to it

Training at Carrington usually starts at about 11am so the players will start arriving before that from maybe as early a 9am depending on what fitness work they need pre training.

Not quite sure though how you expect to meet the players as, unless you arrange something in advance, I don't think you will be lucky unless you count trying to get autographs through a car window as meeting the players.And of course watching training does require telescopic legs, a ladder or the ability to climb trees.

When Etihad campus is complete what will happen to carrington? Doug you still planning on heading over once training is done outta there..... or have I misunderstood and training of the first team stays at carrington?

The training for all age groups and first team will be at new complex. Apparantly the the 1st team will have 6 full size pitches to train on which are all different types of grass. There are 6 different varities of grass pitches in use in Prem so the lads will train on the pitch that matches the grass they are next due to play on! I shit you not. This nuggett from the tour guide last week!

The complex looks out of this world by the way and will be the best in world sport, not just football

Good thing Mario left, he would have been allergic to five of those types of grasses.

Unless of course they realise how beneficial it would be to let me in and feed back all sorts of positives alongside the Inside City stuff they already do.There would be no issues with paparazzi so they can't use that excuse can they? Or maybe they will just say sod off you senile old git.

Its not beneficial to the club where a non employee can report something that hasnt been vetted by them beforehand.

I have always said that training should be done behind closed doors...for obvious reasons , even if that means we dont get to read your reports.

Brutal for you and the fans that like to read your reports but a completely sensible stance from the club IMO.
