So essentially he'll miss Barca away, and the Quarter Final first leg.

He will get a better insight into the tactics of the game from the stand. I seem to recall that's what Big Sam claimed when he was banned once.

I don't quite understand the third game being suspended for two years bit ...
So he's been given a three match ban ... two for the next two games (Barca second leg and QF 1st leg) and third is suspended?

Ah, so safe to say if ref does a repeat performance in Barca II and we get out then he's sitting out the first two games of next season's CL ...

Despite his absence I still feel we can turn it around, the players will know what to do even without Manuel being there
And hey, we can't go wrong with Brian Kidd based on last season ;)

Will it be Brian Kidd or that alter ego of Pellers? (who I have never heard from, or ever seen him actually talking to anyone else on the bench either) ...

With Lescott having played every single min of the cup so far but not getting the nod for the final ... while Panti got in ahead of Joe for the same reason (having played most of the cup games, as quoted by Pellegrini in his pre-match interview) tells me he's doesn't fancy Lescott one bit ...
Given Demi is suspended for the Barca return leg ... I think we'll see Garcia partnering Komps (if Nasti is still out injured) ...

We just have to go balls out to win this imo Barca's defence is worse than ours attack them and they will fall apart. We win this imo we have superior firepower 3-1 to the mighty blues.Oh and Messi looks so fuckin uninterested at the mo if we do go in front he will stop running like he did at Real Socieodad.

he is struggling to play 2 games in a week and is way down the pecking order now, only plays if the others are suspended or injured
