We Are City; We Do It In Style

There's the two truly sublime goals yesterday; and Jesus' finish was not too shabby, either. As befitting somebody with such a God-like name.

But then there's the Aguerooooooooooooooooooo....and not just that goal, but the emphatic Dzeko equaliser that preceded it - that caused us - perchance - to dream, when it seemed that all was lost.
Not to mention the Lescott blunder that had dropped us in it, to begin with.
lol

I can just about remember that 11th hour winning of our previous title win - back in the black and white days of 1968.

Bloody 'eck, we sure don't believe in winning things the conventional route, do we?
Like our raggedy-ass neighbours tend to do things.

Any advance on 81 crosses???

Makes you believe that 'The Comeback in Barca' isn't just a figment of some fanciful Hollywood script-writer's imagination!

As you typed all this and created a new thread, I was pretty much saying this in the other which goal was better thread ...

Mark my words ... if we are 1-0 or 1-1 at 80 mins in Barca ... I'd back us to get two goals in last ten minutes ... hell we did it in that QPR game, we did it yesterday ... who needs 10 mins even, we just need a min and a half ... Bang! Bang!

I truly believe we will win 3-1 in the Nou Camp and proceed to the QFs.After all this is City they love putting us through the ringer.Spuds FA Cup 3-0 down at HT and down to 10 men who else but City could have won that game.

Gonna beat Wigan and then beat barca 3-1 - a brace from aguero and one from yaya and then start smashing 6 past teams in the league again starting with the scum away. Perfect month of football.

I'm sure you could compile a DVD of 'City Miracles Greatest Hits'

though let's not think of all those Mark Hughes 'snatching draws from the jaws of victory'!

Sorry for duplicating the above post but my 'reply' (which was to thank Chinners for correcting me) didn't seem to be recorded.

He's bound to get his name wrong, so that leaves 80 questions.
