I think you'll find 'Neville Kneville' from Chorlton on BM, bares a striking resemblance to him.

Definitely his inimitable style.

I'm more worried that some of you go on BlueMong to be honest.

Ted couldn't handle the fact that everybody wouldn't agree with him and decided that we all had feeble minds compared to his own.

It gets very quiet in here for long periods.
Even quieter without characters like OD and the others mentioned.

I read a bit in there and there is one or two threads I’ve engaged in. By and large though it’s two big and moves along too quickly to keep up to date with everything.

It does have a different kind of moderator that wouldn’t do in here.
It has more than it’s fair share of twats. It also has some very knowledgeable contributors.
I don’t really follow match threads or anything like that.
Much better craic in here.

I also think you’d be surprised how many on here dabble in there.

TED isn’t the only style that I found familiar in there.
Isn’t that right ‘Nelly’s Left Foot’. ?
You know who you are.

I suppose I wouldn’t be too difficult to find in there either.

There's a lot of revisionism going on in this thread. Personally I liked Dzeko and thought he was a valuable member of our squad, although not world class, but for a while he was one of the most maligned players on here with Dzonkey mentions in pretty much every thread.

I liked him. I liked his contribution to our success but agree with Lescott’s assessment. I found his control extremely frustrating at times and didn’t think he was ever going to be first choice. He certainly wouldn’t be for the kind of football we are trying to play now.
I remember the abuse, but don’t remember ever calling him names myself.

For me it was fond memories but so long and thanks for everything Edin, when he had to go.
I wasn’t that upset at the time. He had his day.

Good summary. Pretty much my view as well.

When Ted replied, you knew it was to row with anything anyone posted.... I once waited 2 hours for his reply to a post and imagined him scream FUCK OFF as he threw his iPad through his lounge or bedroom window

I also agree and Edin was a major part of early success, after getting up to speed. I just don't think he was a right fit for the way anybody our managers wanted to play.
