Consistency?

just looked around at a few opinions on here and other places, i still cant get my head around that pelligrini is living in a hotel.. Surely if we told him he was going to be here for a few years surely they would of set him up with a house and he would be able to bring his family over etc.
I dont think pelligrini will be here after 2 seasons, im not sure if he will be here if we dont win the league neither. Im a fan and i sense pelligrini is not set for the long haul with us, So how can you expect a group of players to build a relationship with him and willing to die on the pitch for him. Okay we are rich and could have nearly any player we want but without the right attitude and willing to die for the guy next to you, then you will win fuck all or anything important anyway. Yes he is very nice and gives nasri regular hugs that he needs, but i prefer a manager who players dont want to let down or fear failure or disapointing their manager. When brendan rodgers moved to Liverpool i was gutted because i would of welcomed him here at city, he is young and i think the way he wants his team to play is brilliant to watch, just by hearing him talk, he is a manager that could inspire you and a manager you wouldnt want to let down as he could kick shit out of you too.
Is pelligrini too nice? was mancini too extreme? do we need somewhere in the middle?
But my original point is why is pelligrini still living in a hotel....
