More stats that can be worked anyway they wish? How've they worked out the AVERAGE wage per player, how many players per club have been taken to work out this average?

Show me Total wage bill over the last season then it's news worthy - average is bolox imho.

Getting rid of Lescott should help out the numbers.

He's on something like 120k per week I think.
