My knee jerk reaction is that we have well and truly thrown two trophies away this year chasing this fucking chumps league dream. So frustrating considering I hate the fucking tourno!

We could easily have got far in the CL, if our players didn't play as nervously as school-boys against Barca.

I don't think I can trust this group of players again. Under two different managers they have squandered their own talent after once more flattering to deceive in the first half of the season. They are great at knocking it about when they are fresh and fancy handing out a thrashing to a mid-table side or relegation fodder, but come February and they've lost interest. It seems clearer and clearer now that Mancini had some legitimate bones to pick with certain members of this team. In the simplest terms, they are lazy arseholes.

Remember tonight six or seven months from now when we have just thrashed some crap side 6-0, and bear in mind that no matter how great they look hammering Norwich or Hull or West Brom in the autumn, by the spring they will be producing shit like this again.

that's the only competition we've been well beaten in. We fucked ourselves in both the league and fa cup. Wigan FFS and Chelsea Sunderland Cardiff etc. bollocks. As good as pool have been we've thrown this shit away.

It would be easier to say who isn't. I would exempt Zabaleta from that accusation, plus Kolarov, Aguero (when fit), Fernandinho, Silva and Milner. The rest turn up when they feel like it.

Have to agree, can't remember a real Demichelis mistake and Javi made lots of interceptions, moved the ball on quickly and made some smart turns into space relieving pressure from their pressing game. Almost threw the laptop when they equalized, missing the replay, and I suspect he was the guy flat-footed on the edge of the box but he still gets my vote for MOTM.

Maybe it's an over reaction, but I can't help think that there is something wrong with this group of players. Sometimes it seem they are as motivated as a bunch of fat turkey's at Christmas. It's very very annoying.

Yes they have both improved but 1)demicheles - made a couple of MASSIVE individual mistakes that we got away with and 2) garcia is just so out of his depth on the ball when we are trying to attack. we can't afford to have gap filler defensive midfielders in home games where we must win.

all in all they've both had probably 4-5 good games between them, and garcia has been here 2 years. I don't want to scape goat them for tonight, but players like vince and nasri have done just about enough over the last year, these two haven't.

beast (although is improving) is nearly making his way onto the list as hes not scored in 13 games and looks a different player.
