Can't think of one player even close to deserving of MotM.There were a few who were adequate in part of their role but when it needed some excellence, extra effort and passion it wasn't there. Some of them had as bad a game as I can remember and the surprise is that we didn't lose and scored 2 goals

Haven't been this disappointed in the players since the cup-final against Wigan.

I only saw the highlights, but based on the radio commentary I heard Id give it to Zab; with maybe Nando next.
Samir Nasri looked to be putting in a good shift, late on; I don't know about earlier, though.

Shows how little game-time Jovetic has had in the Premier League if he thought he could literally 'stroke' the ball past Mannone from twenty yards out.
The boy is technically gifted, though, so here's hoping next season we'll have a breakout season from him.

Fuck Nasri. He missed a sitter my 8 year old could have buried that would have given us all 3 pts. And it was seriously.. A tap in if the had any semblance of control

I wouldn't call that a sitter: he was close to goal, yes, but he was lunging for it - so he couldn't get over the ball - and the defender was closing in on him.
Maybe your 8 year old could throttle Sunderland defenders while scoring with an outstretched foot, but I don't know too many who can; or
28 year-olds, either

I love Milner but worst performance EVER.Last two games Hart and Kompany are show me that their class that their class has a ceiling, Pellegrini also guilty if you do not have Silva and Yayu team do not start with the attackers out of shape and those who have just come back and see if you do not go taking a close match with bonding Third, I hate it when Aguero played as bad nobody mentions it.

How has Milner got 2 votes?! Everything he touched last night turned to shit, worst performance I've ever seen from him! Tactics were all wrong though and none of the players seemed to care last night, which is the hardest part to take.

Nasri was appalling mate, along with Milner. The players generally looked knackered. Zab was okay, as was Demi, and when Jovetic came on he looked hungry and gave us a little impetus going forward.

Nasri didn't take the game by the scruff of the neck like Dave would have done, but his game is based on cutting runs through space opened by runners. Sergio and Negredo were not making the type of runs required, and Nasri didn't take the initiative. Milner kept trying to create something but again thrives on the same sort of movement to find space for himself. It was a collective failure last night.

I'm Milner's biggest fan, as you know, but he was sub-dogshit last night. 10/10 for effort as ever but his distribution was appalling.

Obviously he was awful, but he is generally awful in games that go like this, when he is given responsibility for opening a team up rather than hurting them once they are open (thanks to the strikers and Silva occupying their attentions)
