World Cup Worries

Anyone else worried that we might have a post World Cup backlash next season?

Luckily I don't think our English players are at risk but I'm dead worried about Silva; he's limping throughout the back end of the season and at some point his ankle is going to give in or need some severe rest. The other big risk for me is Aguero given what's happened recently.

Anyone know how we compare to the other top clubs in terms of key players at the finals???

This is where squad rotation comes into it. Get the right players in over the summer and we can rest Silva and Aguero for games frequently.

They'll get a long break after the wc but it is a worry. Silva rotates with xavi and iniesta from what I know so won't be playing every minute of every game. Argentina won't make it very far into the finals.

I hope dzeko takes his firm into the World Cup and Bosnia have a good run. Would be a fantastic end to the season for him.

Also I want aguero and zaba to be in the ear of messi all tournament telling him how great we are! Hopefully they can take their two medals from this season with them cos I don't think messi has one this year!

Will negredo also make the cut? It's been a long time without a goal now, not the form you want to take to the tournament.

Rest Silva and Yaya and Zabba , players who don't have proper sub and u can see effect after half of season.
