Rooney's the only one who started the last game isn't he? Makes sense to put your most out of shape player through his paces a week before a tournament in the sweltering Amazonian Forest

Had Belgium's game on my computer and England on the telly.
Belgium won 1-0 v Tunisia, lovely goal Vinnie to Chadli to Mertens, passed into the net. But Lukaku went off injured near the end, limping after a Tunisian left his foot in.
