good idea, Barclays have done it for ages, but its a nice touch from City

you have until the 26th june to personalise your season card.
this is my new card photo

I keep meaning to do that with my Barclayscard ... I think I might just do that .... but with a different photo obviously as carrying around a card with Wonderwall and his son would be a bit weird.

How do you actually do this? Went into it this morning, but there's no button for personalising the card and if I try going into season card 2014/15 it says I'm not eligible, presumably as I've already bought it

I did it ok, I logged onto the ticket site and clicked on my account in the top right hand corner, then personalisation is the last option on the menu down the left of the screen.

Click upload new image and the top left option is "Personalised Cityzen card", click that and upload your image and save, job done?

Found it, ta. With the way they're promoting it, I'd have expected a big button on the home page rather than a sub menu

agreed, I saw a few people on Twitter asking @MCFCHELP about not being able to find it also.
