send him to huddersfield. was really impressed with their 'second' xi in the games we played.
their manager would take him to the next level. he's a proper coach.

Wagner could be the next Candlepool manager, when Klipperty gets sacked (soon).

Not sure about the operas he writes though.

What he means is, there's no opportunity for him to take bungs on this partnership and he wants wheel and deal in 'arry style (brown envelopes a-plenty).

Sorry. I really do not see the point of blooding youngsters in the Dutch second division. The Dutch first division even isn't up to much. PL, Championship or Spanish/German/Italian/French first divisions for me. If they're good enough...

Scored 13 in 24 games this season. Half decent it must be said. Won't be part of our first team but we should turn a tidy profit when we move him on.

Does well in a lower league, so not worthwhile...oh wait that's N'zonzi

Noticed Zucullini has just scored an important goal for Hellas Verona away at Bari. Is he still with us? I didn't know he was at Verona.

Yes he is. He failed utterly in Spain and was moved on to Verona where his older brother plays as well.

It's funny. He always looked quite good for us in pre-season games, but i don't think he played more than 20 competitive games in total in the last three years.

Now that I've found this thread will re-post what I did in the EDS Academy thread:

Well, Gunn appears to have won the no. 1 spot for Norwich, which I don't think was a given when loaned out.

Ruddy I saw moved onto Wolves, but I forget their other keeper is, as I think he was good competition for Gunn.

Starting today against Fulham. Not much to do since I've turned it on as Norwich playing fairly well.

EDIT: Well, that changed. Fulham score, but it was a fluke own goal off of a deflection. Not really sure how he could have stopped that.

Then makes a great save to keep it 1-0.

Another good save Gunn! Quite a good debut thus far.

Entertaining first half 1-0.

Good for marketing the Championship here in the States with no other live sports on major TV at this time at all on a Saturday morning.

There could easily be a few goals for either side although Fulham looked better as the half wore on. Sessignon an interesting young left back with a lot of pace. Looked him up and saw that that Utd and Liverpool wanted him before signing a new contract this summer. Unfortunately, he'll probably wind up at one of them next summer.

Gunn looking very comfortable at this level. I saw him struggle to push away a defender on one corner, and seems that strength may be something he will need to work on, despite his overall size, clearly isn't as muscular as say, Ederson. Given that he is quite young beefing up can come with age anyway and working out. I know some won't like the cross city comparison, but he does have a bit of a De Gea-like frame, so maybe won't need to too much more as he struggled with this when first in the league.

After the first save his teammates came over and congratulated him, which surely all together is good for his confidence and development. He keeps this up and he will have an excellent chance to be our backup keeper next season.

Gunn again doing very well coming out to grab a dangerous ball as an attacker loomed..."Brave goal keeping there." Says the play by play announcer "He's been very sharp off his line." says the colour commenter.

Odd how moments before one announcer questioned the Norwich manager taking off one player who he said was their best player of the game when it was clearly Gunn, who then proceeded to do more good for his team.

Easily Norwich's MOTM at minute 64.

Patrick Roberts wants to go back to Celtic on loan next season. French club Nice and two PL clubs, one of them believed to be Southampton are also interested. Can't see him getting much game time with us next year so another loan is probably the best thing for him.

Wont learn anything at Celtic, hankering for an easy life. He needs a prem loan imo and then we will know but he looks a way off for me.

This. If he wants to go back to Celtic then make it a sale. Or arrange a swap deal for van Dijk?.
