Anyone else experiencing problems receiving a season card through the post ? Mine still hasn't arrived so several calls after 20 minute waits to the ticket office and several different explanations , one being loads have been sent back from the Royal Mail , another saying lots still havent been printed and another saying I will have to use paper tickets until my season card eventually turns up in the post ? WTF ??? One feels an almighty fuck up is going on ?

I reckon they looked at your uploaded picture and thought 'Fuck That, Ugly Cunt' and to be twice certain they forgot to pay the postage.

Anyway, a few years ago I waited and waited and waited until the final few days until before the game. As it had not come I popped down to the store to see where it was and jokingly said (as I always trust it will turn up) 'If it's not here by tomorrow, I'll be back and I won't be happy'. The lad quickly called me back and gave me an instant SC, took about a minute.

Although I was joking at the time I still felt a bit of a cunt when the card turned up the next day in the post. To this day I reckon it was a Rag postman having a laugh at my expense. Funny if it was.

mine hasn't come yet so I phoned on Monday and they said they will send me a paper ticket for Liverpool and I was to pick new season card up b4 stoke game. they also told me that loads have been sent back by royal mail but mine aint one of them, so as I work near sorting office I will go and have words .also they said they would send paper ticket by first class again, but was talking to my m8 yesterday and he had 3 cards sent to him all different days and 2nd class

paper ticket here today but still no season card

If I were you i'd get on the phone to supporter services and complain. Get yourself some free shit.

I find the line "I remember when the club used to give a shit about the fans, we win a couple of trophies and all the sudden you forget 20 years of support" works nice. Helped me jump the queue when getting my sons first seasoncard and got me some free tickets to the fa cup final the second time round, just a shame it was against Wigan.

Got mine about 2 weeks ago.... I just went default image though and never bothered uploading my own, don't know if that would have effected it

had mine for a week and my lad has had his for two weeks, both our cards had uploaded photos on them.
My surname begins with R, just in case it might be alphabetical order? If you are Mr Zoolander!

Got mine last week with uploaded photo, which looks great, surname starts K.

No photo bollocks with my season card , still no sign ........ Paid top dollar expect far better , fucking annoyed as fuck !
