Chelsea.. Next!

Postby Bluemoon16 » Wed Sep 17, 2014 9:04 pm

Ok.. Wtf is going on!! Going into this game without a win in three consecutive games. With their current form, Yaya and Nasri better train with the academy. As for the rest of the squad, put on your winning boots ffs.. Rant over!

can't seem to start a thread (member since the OLD board but haven't got that email anymore)

But i wanted to start a thread on whether mangala would do a job in midfield due to

1) yaya being a cunt that couldnt care less
2) fernando being injured and sorely missed
3) mangala being athletic and fast
4) demicheles playing well with vinny.

Or we play Milner. But Nasri was also shtie tonight.

I think Chelsea are far better than that Bayern team but it all depends on how he plays the game.

Could be good, definitely could be bad, just a shame it gets used being as good as you want.

We will get fucked over, no guts and to many looked to not give a shit. Yaya is a cunt and should have gone in the summer, we started slow last season away but we look spineless at the moment.

If we play like we did tonight, we will get hammered, but it's unlikely we will play like we did tonight.

Worried about the Chelsea game. Would take a draw now. We can't let them get too far ahead or it could well be over before it really starts.
I assume yaya will play, can't see him being dropped.

I expect us to look & play like a different team, & beat them.

Whatever the result, if we look uninspired for that one, I doubt we will then suddenly find inspiration later in the season.

It should be noted that their result tonight is actually worse than ours.

It's easy to say we were shit tonight but thats not entirely true. We played pretty well in the first half. What worries me is how much we faded. Our team fitness (not just yaya) seems to be a level or 2 below other clubs for some reason.

We are already 5 points off Chelsea. A draw away to us is a great result for them.

Jose will know that and set them up that way IMO - with the hope he may snatch a 1-0 - He's the best pragmatist out there.

If we start quickly that could work in our favour

It is a critical game not only in terms of points but mentally as well.
Yes he will take a draw. However we gifted them 6 points last season, nearly cost us the league. Do that this time around and it certainly will cost us the league. I would take the draw until we get time to get our act together, were 20% away from where we should be at the moment, too players many not fully at it, if we get beaten they mightn't pick it up at all.

I just hope that we are actually capable of getting our act together...and very soon, for that matter.

The way things are going at the moment, I'm wondering if we're going to have a fight on our hands to even finish in the top four, let alone winning the title.

Heaven help us if, or when, Aguero gets injured again.

We will win.

Last season I attended a win, a draw and a loss.

I've been to the Emirates last weekend and Munich last night. Chelsea is our win.

No one tries to convince me otherwise.

We have to score first against Chelski or it will be very difficult to get the required result . If they score first it will be frustrating as fuck ......... we really really need to turn up for this one or the alarm bells will be ringing !!!
Not really here

No he is out for another week according to the latest update. Jojo may be back but I won't hold my breath with that one. Zaba will be back of course, which is a big boost. I really can't see us losing this one.
