No Messi, but very tidy with the ball. Tried a few too many glory passes at first, but is quality when keeping it simple.
Looks more like a Silva type player than a new Messi.

Had he been playing for the rags, he would be the new Maradona.

Honestly, everyone was winding down when he came on, it's his first game.

Some nice touches, held off a couple of players okay but nothing we can really judge him on.

I could well be wrong about Lampard, he's getting better the more he plays for us. Being in a three man midfield helps though.
