Regular updates would be appreciated for those of us stuck in work with no means of a Joan.

I want one of those coats that Pellegrini is wearing, but without the 'swoosh'.

Looks like their strikers have been told to put pressure on Mangala. He's been able to handle it so far, but does look a little bit shakey and low on confidence.

Great strike by Aleks there, thundered off the upright. Slow start but some good passing moves now, keep it up.

Not a right lot happened to be honest, we look assured in possession, have had a couple of chances, Villa look like they're trying to bully us (without much success). They haven't had the ball too often.

Why do we look so soft going forward, we haven't looked dangerous at all this season. Defences always look like they are in control against us. It's like under Mancini in his last season. We have loads of possession but no threat.

It's a very nice coat though.

Silva was furious there for Kun not passing him.

Why doesn't Kun pass it? Silva made a great run there and he just ignored him. Looking OK up to now but still not forced a save from Guzan

I don't think Aguero is 100% like Pellegrini is saying.

Villa won't be able to keep this pace up, trying to chase us down.

Dzeko is really playing for the team, great to see but I'd prefer him staying up and giving us more of a threat.
