MotM v Tottenham

Postby Beefymcfc » Sat Oct 18, 2014 1:38 pm

As I think it will be a unanimous vote for Sergio I've allowed 2 votes so we can see who else had a decent game.

Quite simple for me, Sergio at one end and Joe at the other.

Hart, Sagna, Milner and Fernandinho were all very, very good.

Sergio was unplayable.

Can't argue either. Kun followed by Hart. But I was only able to cast one vote.

I could only cast one vote as well. However, if I'd had two they'd both have gone to The Master.

obviously Sergio. but Hart was immense and Fernandinho was the 2nd best outfield player imo

Hart kept us in it when we needed him to - that was the Dortmund game form that he hit again - but Aguero won it for us, what a game from him.

4 Goals so it couldn't be anyone else but Kun, but special well done to Joe Hart, excellent piece of goal keeping today when call upon on numerous occasions. I also thought James Milner played well today and hats of to Sagna, defensively very good, Ferdi played great. Yaya was very impressive for his short cameo

Great entertaining game, very happy with three points

Joe with 4 or 5 superb saves at crucial times which kept Spurs out and us in. HM's for Kun, Vinny & Jim.

Hart for me. Saved us at crucial points (0-0 and 2-1). Serge was magnificent, 2 unstoppable pens and 2 shots that really shouldn't have beaten a top class keeper

Sagna for me. Covered across brilliantly a couple of times in first half. The game could have been very different but for his crucial work. Sergio and England's number one were brilliant too.

Has to be Sergio, but Hart and Milner were superb throughout and their performances shouldn't be overlooked or forgotten.
