But it's not a higher level, certainly against the likes of CSKA and Roma. We just don't turn up against these teams.

Sorry, I have not seen anything from us in the past 4 seasons that suggests we could get past the Quarter Finals of that tournament. To call it shite when you we are getting turfed out of the champions league season group stages season after season stinks of arrogance.

I'd agree but I don't put it down to just the players. We seemed to have a hangover, which Sergio confirmed, but what didn't help was how we were treated that season, like shit on the bottom of the CL/PL boot.

Absolutely great game tonight constantly pushing forward moving the ball around with quick pace and the accuracy of the passing was phenomenal. Yaya surely has to be man of the match for leading us in the centre of the park. Ref was brilliant got every decision right. Another three point ms in the onion bag.
Well I can dream can't I?????
What a crock of fucking shit.
I haven't a fecking clue what I'm doing! Gillie come back man I want my sig back. As the Photobucket thingy gone?

We should just pick eleven fans from the croiwd against Bayern. Make the players go for a two hour run that night (three hours for Yaya).

Am I going mental or did the replay of Fernandinho's second yellow show that he didn't make contact with the player? I'm questioning my sanity because no one else has mentioned it.

Seems a bit silly to expect it , but if it wasn't a penalty the garbage at Sky would have shown that it wasn't a penalty. Without doubt.

Good ol redknapp just said
"This is the reason they won the league... to be in the champions league and they're throwing it away.."
It's not the reason I wanted to win the league you fucking yes man.
Fucking champions league. Maybe next year I'll take it a bit more seriously when the champions are put in the top pot.
But I want us the win the league every season and it has NOTHING to do with the "champions" fucking league.

Listening to the Sky pundits.....they are fuckin loving this!
Yes we were shit, but would they say the same things if it was one of the "other" teams from England. I doubt it.

Not saying they are wrong, just saying would they say it like it is if it was one of the other English teams. Doubt it very much

He has a point. Although professional players want to win their domestic comp. the CL is where its at for the top players in Europe.
So the players who wanted to win the league in order to get into the CL are throwing it away

Who cares. I'm a city fan and I'm shocked at that. There is something seriously wrong, we never used to lose at home. This is a joke mate.

I don't think the referee got that decision right at all. The player barged into Yaya and it was a clear foul for City. The rest was not important, very ,very weak refereeing.
