Who else have we got instead?

You appear to be assuming I was implying something - which I most certainly wasn't.

i think the fact that even in a lose we still have a chance to qualify, tells us all we need to know about how we SHOULD be doing. We have no one to blame but ourselves and that needs to be rectified. If we win we are 100% in the driver's seat. This will show me a lot about who really cares and who doesn't. I'm not talking about having a shit performance or playing out of your skull. I'm talking about desire and passion. I want to see that more than anything here, this team needs to prove something to me.

Just a clarification. If all 3 teams finish on 5 points, the goal difference of all games BETWEEN the 3 teams is counted. So,our GD would be -1(1-1,2-2,1-2), Cska's would be -3 or something and Rome's GD would +4 or something. So we would have to win by a 3 goal margin in Rome if we lost tonight.

Out of interest, I wonder how good Robben would be if he had no pace?

No wonder they are having so much possession. They control the ball first time, they pass accurately and move intelligently. We don't even get the first part right. As soon as we get a chance to take possession, the ball pings off someone's clodhopper of a foot straight back to a Bayern player. Either that or we have three players stood in one place and the rest miles from each other.
