I'm like you NB; I don't get a paper myself. When my Mum was alive, she used to get the Daily Mirror but I hardly ever read the sport section in it, because of the patently biased agenda against City.

I think British newspapers are universally appalling and it's a sobering thought to contemplate that, as a nation, we've probably got the press that we deserve.

It's got to the stage with Jackson now that people reference him on the Guardian's City articles even when he hasn't written it. Last night, I had a comment on the City match report re. his blatant Rag bias removed, so they are obviously starting to clamp down on it. Would be better for all concerned if the twat was sacked rather than moderators going around weeding out any fan criticism.

Since BBC 606 died, the Guardian has had the best comment section for all different fans to talk about events/games. At the moment, it's hard to find a place with hundreds of comments (including about 10% intelligent ones) only a few hours after a game. But with such a low level of hack reporting and a questionable redesign, I think many people are going to find a new place to discuss.
