As expected Silva doesn't start and Vinny's not even in the bench. I hope Fernandinho Nasri and Milner get forward to help out Dzeko otherwise he'll be isolated. Navas needs to be put in some decent crosses too. Jovetic and Fat Frank available if we need a goal with half an hour to go.
