..... in the words of Mr G Neville about Sunday's match, RAGs v Dippers. Due to the lamentable performances and organisational failures of both teams.
Ideally I like to see both teams lose 5-0, but as this isn't possible in this case I suppose we should hope for a Dippers win? The likelihood of that is unfortunately quite remote as, although RAGS have an awful defence, Liverpool have both a terrible defence and pitiful attack.
Why these two red ogres are 'rivals' has always been beyond me. I've been watching football since the mid 60s and I dont think there have been more than 2 or 3 seasons when these two misfits have been direct rivals for the title. Is it all down to the Fergie 'perch' comment and SKY's constant overhype?
Here's hoping for some good comedy anyway.

Plus loads of long term injuries and an abundance of red cards in a game which becomes widely condemned by all as a disgrace to football.
It's at times like these that the loathing and detestation I feel for these two unworthily decrepit Clubs, is re-inforced with an equal vehemence.
PS
It would also be comical if Shrek's wig were to fall off during the game and he was unable to find it to glue it back upon his bone-dome.

I think the rivalry comes from the rags need to belittle City, as in their "real derby",
This despite the fact that at the time scum were the one of the richest and most successful clubs in the world, and city were in permanent meltdown, and quite frankly a bit of a joke.
Just shows what a sad act they are really.

Don't know about the rest of you but scousers are not our rivals this season so without a doubt I'm hoping for dippers win

I really want Gerrard to score a hat-trick of penalties this time

Absolutely, the dippers are no real threat but I do want to see that other pile of pig shit finish 6th or lower, but I will settle for 5th.

If both sides live up to their current form, it should be a truly horrendous game of football.
Hoping for a Liverpool win but they are so terrible at the moment they make United look reasonably good.

Can't agree with that.
Poor as they were on Tuesday, if you compare that performance to the rags' vs Southampton, then Liverpool were Bayern Munich. The rags are at home is the only thing which makes me feel they could possibly win. If it was at Anfield, I feel they would get the mother of all beatings & Fellaini would, at last, get a red card.
The reason they hate each other is simple; they are two cheeks of the same arsehole.

Just a mid-table match between two also-rans and not in any way noteworthy.

For all they are wank, they are still only five behind us. I saw them briefly on the telly on Monday and they were laughable, but the stuffy cunts won somehow. The sooner they are more than ten points behind us, the better I'll feel

Awful team. Still, you can't polish a turd. To be honest we'd beat that side about 7-0

I just hope the YNFA team have some good material to work with. The commentary has been pretty funny.
The markovic send off was particularly amusing. If someone could help with a link I'd appreciate it.

I think they should merge, Its not healthy, despising two seperate entities...
although today I have to plump for a pool win, burst the scummy cunts bubble...in the title race my arse. weakest theyve been since the late 80s. Only saviour for them is the fucking platinum credit card they can pull out every transfer window until it all comes together and van ghaastly is a genius
