Cant get the link but Gary Neville has tweeted Costa should be cleared of violent conduct charge because he wasn't looking at the player (Emre Can) when his foot landed on his leg .

Fuck off !

I saw Ronaldinho pass to his team mates 100's of times when looking in the opposite direction, they should all be chalked off his stats, he obviously couldnt have meant it because he wasnt looking.

What's it got to do with Neville? It's not like he was even asked this in a studio, he just stuck it out on a tweet. Should an England coach be trying to influence a disciplinary hearing? If he is not trying to influence this then it's very strange timing.

Sky's new golden boy, Henry has now waded in and tweeted that Costa should not been banned retrospectively.

I can't remember this happening before?

Two of Sky's main men campaigning for a player during an on going investigation.

The stench is becoming unbearable

Henry expressed his opinion that the stamps were deliberate during the Sky post match analysis. I suppose with his WC handball antics he thinks once you've "got away" with deliberate cheating, you shouldn't be punished retrospectively!

And Neville continues his downward spiral in seemingly focusing more on having controversial opinions and catchy soundbites than providing us with his football knowledge.
"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

But I don't agree with what seems to be Collymore's opinion that just because Costa's an idiot, we should hold it against him in this case. Each case needs to be judged on its merit, punishments on the other hand....

I actually don't think he should get a ban for THIS incident.

But seeing as we are playing them tomorrow ban away,in a round about way he deserves a ban for the cunty way he has played the game this season evidence above.

Collymore, btw, is only so keen for Costa to be banned, because it happened against Liverpool, & Neville is only defending it for the same reason, & that it could help City.

Henry is already proving what a two faced twat he is & knows he would have been banned for his disgraceful action v Ireland under this rule.
