I was going to ask if anyone had read his book last week when I saw a section about it in the match day programme. Wondered if it was worth a read.

Saw Edgie wondering around the ground before one of the matches the other week in his City suit. I'm assuming he still does something with the club.

Anyway, you've got the players who'll go down as legends because they've won us something (Sergio for his QPR goal) but I'd class Edghill as being up there as a City legend purely for being one of us. Even when he was getting all the abuse you could have cut him and he'd have bled blue.

Aye, follow him on twitter and you'll see he's still a massive blue.

I hate the fact I was among the north stand wankers who would get on his back. Put it down to the idiocy of youth but still no excuse.

They wrecked him, no excuses. He was having a bad run and they made sure he never recovered. He's a bigger man than me, I'd despise the club if they did that to me.

They're still there Slim. Always have been. Most of them sit on the front row of the East Stand.

I don't think they're still there, can't see the game well from the Maine Road north stand lately.

Speaking of which, what is there now?
