I assumed it was going to be done when the bridge was installed, that would've made sense to me.
That's why I waited until it was in place before I started to chase it up with the club.

Oh I'm not saying there isn't a balls up.
Just that if it is to be on the bridge, I doubt they would close it so soon after just opening it. Would make sense to do it after the season.
Likewise, anything around the ground would be in peril with two large stands being built.
