Thought I'd get it early.
I enabled vote changing if you want to vote early as well.

Only two candidates really, Edin and David. I went for Edin because I might have expected it from Silva, but the big man was a real (pleasant) surprise today.

Fascinating watching Yaya today. Apart from the odd little burst of energy and speed he strolled through the game but in doing that he really did knit it all together. He is always available, takes the ball under pressure and helps create little gaps for forward passes to be made and he does it all with minimum fuss.
Granted it's not as easy against a top pressing side which Newcastle certainly were not. We won easily 5 nil today and Yaya didn't have to do anything special but he is such an important player to how we play. Maybe not MotM but good and glad to have him back.

Agree completely, thing that struck me was how much more space silva gets when Yaya is on the pitch. Just being there makes us better, when he turns it on he makes us amazing

We were pretty good 2nd half v Stoke, without him, tbf. But I agree he chooses 95% the right pass to make, even if it's a simple one.
He is ceasing to be Yaya though, & becoming more of a Pirlo type figure. The surging runs are mostly a thing of the past & he's too lethargic to stop most things. He used to make a couple of runs each game. Now it's one every six weeks.
We shouldn't let today's game v a piss poor Newcastle, blind us to the possibility that a top team could hurt us badly with that lineup.
Edin motm for me. Perhaps his best ever game for City.

The lesbian for me. Didn't dwell on the ball and gives Silva space to do his thing.

I'm a bit in love with Nasri at the moment so voted for him. He's absolutely poetry in motion. He may not be our best or most important player but i just love watching him play. He exudes confidence.

I cant believe yaya has 4 votes and fernandinho has none. He was excellent yesterday and certainly better than yaya. He gets my vote just because nobody has bothered

Thought Dzeko looked a class apart but Nasri was even better.
