don't care what the result is just want to see all the players who are picked giving their all

I have no idea what to expect tonight. If we came out with no fight and got trampled on, it would not surprise me whatsoever. However, if we came out and played like we can do (barca 2nd half at home) and actually put away our chances and half chances, we could do a Bayern Munich on them and embarrass them - again, I wouldn't be surprised as we have it in our locker.
This is the problem I find, we are so inconsistent, I never know what I am about to see with City this year. Manuel came with a plan to play entertaining football, well he has lived up to that plan for the opposition fans this year.
A lot of blues have travelled and paid a lot of money to see us in the Camp Nou. I just hope the players give it their all, win, lose or draw. You cant ask any more than that,

Zero chance, none, nada, zip.
The margin of defeat over the two legs is all that's at stake. Whether that's enough to save Manuel's job, I doubt it very much. If we go in to this 4-4-2 I may put my foot through the tv.

I reckon your TV might be ok because despite the myth Pellegrini does play with one up top at times, for example both legs last season when we had our arses handed to us.
Whoever plays, let's just see some pressing from the front and not the bollox of backing off them like we saw at home a couple of weeks back.

If we manage to beat them it will be the result of the century..............because the referee will be doing ALL he can to get us down to 10 as as soon as possible.
If the unthinkable happens and we actually go ahead in the match we could end up with 9 or even 8 players left on the pitch at the end. I have a feeling we will see one of the worst refereeing displays ever tonight.

The players reputations are on the line tonight, let's see if the give a damn about them. I'm fully expecting to get beat but hope it's close and we do enough to suggest our season hasn't ended in March.

And sadly, for the most simplistic of us, it's not whether two strikers play but the midifled work rate and how much that second striker drops deep to harass when we've not got possession.
I'm expecting a 2-2 draw just to fuck with us. Again. Including a dubious pen to them.
Cheers

Cant decide how many penalties barca will be handed tonight, i reckon at least two.
The ref is polishing that red card as we speak.
MDM to be sent off again? Although if were looking like scoring maybe sergio will see red for fixing his hair.
We wont be allowed to win. That is the bottom line. Just as long as we go out and put in a bloody hard shift.

Typical City out in force tonight.
We will win but might not be enough to get us through, close but not close enough......

You need to factor in the inevitable City sending off. Zabba is a walking red card vs Barcelona but Ill go for Fernandinho to be tonights "lucky recipient"

If true that could be a significant factor unless they just push Masch into MF which is a possibility.
Cheers

Imagine they will, which just probably means a stronger back 4 & no change in midfield.

It's going to be embarrassing of the highest order just can't see our shower giving it there very best to pull off a result tonight , Pellegrini will prob have yet another tactical nightmare , the fucking ref won't give us fuck all and some cunt commentating will rip us to fucking pieces at every opportunity . Hope all the lads (and ladies) who are out there supporting us in Barca have a proper good time as it is a truely brilliant city and enjoy it whatever the result .

would winning the tie change your opinion of this season, our players and/or the manager? i don't know how I'd feel tbh.

Me, and this is why...
Hart
Zaba Komps Mang Kol
Fern 1
Milner Yaya Nasri Silva
Aguero
Fern 1 protects the back 4. Our midfield has technical ability, and can retain possession.
Barca will not be expecting MP to change his tactics, and we have ......Agueroooooooo.
Barca 2 - City 3.
(The biggest obstacle is the ref, and what would UEFA's sponsors think of Messi not making the Quarters? Hmm? Hmm?)

i think so. by tie do you mean just this one or both legs?
because 1-0 won't do.
if we win it would be the seminal win of the era if you ask me, and could galvanise the players. i just question our capacity to do it.
pray i am wrong.
