Why do teams convert nearly every chance to score they have against us. ?.

It is not just today I have noticed this." Yes" I realise as we all do, that we have been playing shit for months . Even still during this period, I have noticed that the opposition are usually confined to few limited clear cut chances, and half chances per game that invariably ALWAYS end up in the back of the bloody net. Take today for instance Navas clear through, hits it straight a De Gay legs. Mata clear through puts it straight through Hart legs in to the net. You go back over all our games,defeats, it has been the story of our season, dominate possession, 20 + chances, to the opposition 2 + chances, and we lose game.It has got so bad i excpect the oppostion to score from all their 2,3, chances every game.Is this just really bad luck ?

Because our defence is a shambles and players like Mata are much better finishers than Navas. I knew Navas wasn't going to score as soon as he started running towards goal - how many times have you seen him in a similar position only to shoot wide or straight at the keeper? Works hard, plenty of pace but no end product - not good enough

It has been unbelievable this season. Every team gets a couple of chances at least in a game and we have been punished every single time.

We've been well below par, but it is uncanny. Especially some of the worldies that went in.

Contrast that with the rags where they all miss sitter after sitter against them. Can't quite get it. Mental stuff.
