He does. But its not really patience, it's ineptitude

Warnock leaves Cardiff by mutual consent. Surely at 70 odd, that’s the last we will see of him in a managerial role?

   could be a good shout, that. Get BFS in to replace OGS and they'd be shafted for a generation.

Good, he's an awful manager. Got lucky to get to the Chumps Final by cheating us out if it. Won fuck all. Fat bastard.

Give over. He’s hardly an awful manager. Granted, he hasn’t won anything, but neither has anyone else in the 2 years!

He took over at Spuds when they were not a top4 team and in the last 4/5 years he has turned them into a bona fide top 4 team on a limited budget as well. Be very disappointed if he rocked up at the swamp as I reckon he’d have them being decent again far sooner than they currently will do

Imo he's been lucky to land Kane. If he's at any other club and Kane doesn't come through when he does Poch would have struggled. He'll fail wherever he goes next.

He didn't fail at Southampton though! I wouldn't mind him at all to replace pep when he leaves. Granted he didn't win anything but he had to work with a shoe string budget.

He was at Southampton a year and they finished 8th?

Fat Sam worked wonders on a shoe string budget at Bolton and got them in to Europe. He did a great job. Some managers do well when they don't have to spend.

He is good enough now. I for one don't want to see him arriving at the swamp.
