Really hope Bobby Manc doesn't take/get this job; with his talents and attributes he deserves better than Leicester.

Mancini, Mourinho, and Ranieri. All sacked the season after winning the title. 3 of the last 5 title winning managers.

That's quite a sobering thought, when all is considered, but perhaps the saddest one of the three is Mancini.

Mourinho had it coming anyway and so there's no point in crying over spilled milk there, whilst Ranieri had massively overachieved the previous season and this success was completely unsustainable, although his sacking could be considered somewhat harsh, all things considered.

Bobby Manc was a different situation altogether with different circumstances and not entirely related to the League position City were in, although the FA Cup defeat by Wigan didn't help matters.

Mind you the same thing nearly happened to Brendan Bodgers, after the 2013/14 season when Loserpool won the League.....oh, sorry; almost won the League.......but he somehow managed to cling on until the opening months of the 2015/16 season, before finally being put out of his misery.

On that basis, Pep will have to watch his step when we win the title, either this season or next.

I feel so sorry for a guy that will have just been given millions in a payout for getting sacked for poor performance. Just like the real world....

Claudio is 65 .

He has achieved with a bunch of coconuts something beyond his dreams. I am sure he has a big ego to do something at the top like others, but i bet he doesn't give a toss if the youngsters that have gone on strike lose it all.

and he's Welsh and so is the next one - currently, you're well into the bottom half before the first English manager appears - the ultra progressive Sean Dyche - after that us inselaffes are represented by the ultra ultra progressive Eddie Howe, two caretakers and BFS

i dont believe Arsenal will sack Wenger but I do think he could step down.

going by Kroenke's utterly baffling handling of one of his other franchise's awful coaches (Jeff Fisher), he doesnt like to sack people very often as long as the team isn't AWFUL (consistent top 4 finishes would hardly qualify). although that could've been because Fisher's agent's father was on the board but still, Kroenke himself had no ties but he still showed loyalty/stubbornness.
